With an extensive litigation career spanning nearly two decades, Arjun Singh Bawa is one of the founding members and the Managing Partner at ARIMUS and leads the Firm’s Disputes and Advisory Practice. Having been in active practice since 2006, he brings a depth of experience, strategic clarity, and a solution-oriented approach that has positioned him as a trusted counsel to corporates, institutions, business families, and high-net-worth individuals.

Arjun’s core areas of expertise include Real Estate & Property Litigation, Commercial & Corporate Disputes, Family Law, Arbitration & Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), Company Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), Constitutional Law & Enforcement of Fundamental Rights, as well as Education Sector Litigation.

Arjun regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and various regulatory and quasi-judicial forums across India.
