Arjun Mukherjee

Practising since 2013, Arjun Mukherjee brings a deep and diverse litigation experience across multiple forums in India. Before joining ARIMUS Law LLP as a Senior Partner, he worked with leading Intellectual Property law firms where he honed his expertise in brand enforcement, trademark prosecution, domain name disputes, and IP litigation for prominent domestic and international clients.

Arjun’s practice extends beyond intellectual property into a broad spectrum of high-stake disputes. He regularly advises and represents clients in matters involving arbitration law, contractual disputes, matrimonial and family law, civil suits, property disputes, criminal litigation, and constitutional matters. His well-rounded approach ensures comprehensive legal solutions that align with both business and personal objectives of clients.

With a strong command over litigation strategy, Arjun frequently appears before District Courts, High Courts across the country, as well as various tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities.
