Real Estate laws comprise of laws relating to the sale, purchase, lease and acquisition of properties. Competition laws regulate, promote and maintain free market competition by restricting anti-competitive conduct by entities. We provide legal advisory services on various aspects pertaining to commercial transactions, joint ventures, acquisitions and collaborations as well as representation in regulatory matters before the Competition Commission of India.


Family Law

Family Law is a set of laws that govern and regulate the rights and liabilities in relation to familial and domestic relationships, child rights, and ancillary economic matters. We provide legal services in relation to matrimonial disputes, family disputes, maintenance and custody of children, domestic violence, dowry prohibition and cruelty to women, succession and partition of properties etc.

Education Law comprises of laws governing the operation of Educational Institutions. We provide legal services in relation to the establishment, operation and management of educational institutions within the regulatory framework.
